Paul Mellon Centre

The Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art is a unique organisation that promotes original research into the history of British art and architecture. Keepthinking established their digital strategy and designed and developed a new brand and website. An online journal and digital catalogues will follow up soon.

  • Keepthinking designed the digital brand, based on the values and feelings associated with the Centre: ambitious, forward thinking, scholarly, elegant, world class, research. It develops through the main logotype, strapline and glyph versions.

  • The homepage presents the main activities of the centre, quick links to the main sections, as well as visiting information.

  • Events can be easily browsed and filtered by type and date.

  • Each page can include different modules, such as image galleries, maps, related events, biographies, and so on...allowing a great customisation.

  • Images can be enlarged and enjoyed in greater detail through the use of a lightbox.

  • The website includes the extensive listing of Yale Press publications, linking to the YP online shop.

  • Every page is very visual and appealing.

  • The whole website is fully responsive and it adapts to any screen size.
